Refund Policy.
1. General
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ummadesigns.com. As our services are digital and delivered progressively, refund eligibility depends on the stage at which a cancellation request is made.
2. Full refund
A full refund is available if the cancellation request is received within 7 calendar days of payment AND the first session or discovery call has not yet taken place. To request a refund, email billing@ummadesigns.com with your order reference.
3. Partial refund
After the first session has taken place, partial refunds may be available on a pro-rata basis based on work completed. Umma Designs will assess each request individually and provide a written proposal within 5 business days.
4. No refund
No refund is available once final deliverables have been sent and the project marked complete. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with an approved design direction or for requests to restart with a new brief after design work has begun.
5. Process
To request a refund, email billing@ummadesigns.com with your name, order date, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. EU right of withdrawal
By requesting that work begin immediately upon purchase (as indicated at checkout), EU consumers acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ceases once performance begins. The 7-day full refund right in Section 2 applies where no work has commenced.
